Southern Regional Business Meeting       Saturday, March 29th, 2008

The Rosary is delighted to welcome you all to the City of New Orleans for the Southern Regional Business Meeting on Saturday, March 29 th for what promises to be a day of renewal, reflection and sharing. Julie Ann Connick and Charlotte Hebert alumnae co-directors have planned a wonderful event. We will start the day early with breakfast and a “bienvenue” or welcome to the Rosary, followed by a morning of business meetings, roundtables and brainstorming. We will explore the theme of the 2007-2009 biennium “Missionaries of the Heart – Here to Make a Difference” by focusing on our missionary work here at home. New Orleans is the perfect place to gather to see what so many volunteers have been able to accomplish so far. After sharing lunch together at the Rosary, we have arranged for a Tour of our campus including our new Mater Campus that opened in August of 2005, just a few weeks before Katrina hit the Gulf Coast . We then will take you on a Tour of the City to be presented by our RSCJ who are involved in the hands on recovery post-Katrina. It is an unforgettable experience! We will then Celebrate Mass at the historic St. Louis Cathedral in Jackson Square before we share dinner together. We have intentionally left Sunday as a “free day” so that you may enjoy your favorite places or visit with friends in the area.
